 At NeuroRx PT, we choose a cash-based model so we can treat you—not just your diagnosis code.

The traditional in-network system often limits how much time and attention you receive. Insurance plans frequently cap the number of visits, delay approvals, and restrict what treatments are covered—often leading to fragmented care and subpar results. That’s not how we operate.

By working outside of insurance, we’re able to deliver the kind of high-quality, one-on-one care that’s centered on your goals, your body, and your progress—without compromise.

After each session, we’ll provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement or application toward your out-of-network deductible. We also accept FSA and HSA cards to help make care more accessible.

This model gives you freedom, clarity, and a level of personalized care that truly makes a difference.

NO! In the state of Washington we have direct access, meaning you are able to access physical therapy services without first going to your primary provider. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy has advanced training which allows them to diagnose and treat based on impairments but also the knowledge to refer to a licensed medical practitioner if the condition lies outside their scope of physical therapy practice.

Your follow-up schedule is based on what we uncover during your initial evaluation and shaped by your individual needs and goals. Because we operate with a cash-based model, we're not restricted by insurance limitations. That means more freedom to create a plan that works on your terms.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, but frequency is always personalized. Each visit will include a combination of manual therapy, movement-based corrective strategies, and clear actionable tools to use between sessions —so you’re making progress even when you aren't in the clinic.

Together, we’ll build a plan that helps you move better, feel stronger, and reach your goal.

Please provide 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. For cancellations under 24 hours there will be a fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the service. Extenuating circumstances and special situations will be reviewed on an individual basis.
